  • Monitor and maintain system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement and manage security policies, compliance, and data governance in Office 365.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports on usage, compliance, and security.
  • Configure Office 365 settings and features to meet business requirements.
  • Optimize Office 365 performance through regular maintenance, updates, and fine-tuning.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Office 365 issues, resolving complex problems escalated
    from lower-level administrators.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT staff on Office 365 features and best
    practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations, procedures, and
    troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated on the latest Office 365 features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the use of Office 365 within the organization.
  • Deep knowledge of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 management.
  • Experience with identity management, particularly Azure Active Directory.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with hybrid environments and integrating on-premises services with Office 365.

    Education – Bachelor Degree
    Experience – Minimum of 5-7 years of experience focused on Office 365 administration. Proven
    experience managing Office 365 services and troubleshooting complex issues.
